# How to Import Yours Vendors List Into COUNT

You can import your vendors into COUNT using a CSV or Excel file. This is helpful when migrating vendors from another system or setting up your workspace with multiple vendors at once.

This process allows you to upload your file, map your data to COUNT fields, and complete the import in just a few steps.

1. From the left-hand menu, click **Spend**, then select **Vendors**.

3. Upload your **CSV or Excel file** by dragging and dropping it into the upload area, or by clicking **Upload** to select the file from your computer.

5. Review the file preview and map your data to COUNT fields. Confirm that all required fields show a **Matched** status.
6. Click **Next** to start the import.
