How to Activate Your Account on COUNT Go

Once your workspace admin invites you to COUNT Go, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to set up and log into your mobile account for the first time. Follow the steps below to get started.


Steps to Activate Your Account


1. Check Your Email Invitation

When your workspace sends an invite, you’ll receive an email with subject: "Welcome to COUNT! Your Temporary Password Inside". This email includes setup instructions and your temporary password. This email will guide you through downloading the COUNT Go app and activating your account.


2. Download COUNT Go

Install the COUNT Go app on your mobile device using one of the links below:


3. Log In for the First Time

Use your email address (the same one the invitation was sent to) and the temporary password included in your invitation email to sign in.


4. Set a Permanent Password

After logging in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to create your own permanent password. Once saved, this becomes your login password for future access.


What You Can Do in COUNT Go


Once logged in, your access and features depend on your role in the workspace. You can:

  • Submit expense reports
  • Track time entries
  • Log sales activity/invoices


Your workspace administrator controls which permissions you have, so your available features may vary.


Pro Tip: If you don’t see the invitation email in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing it? Ask your workspace admin to resend the invitation from People & Contractors in COUNT.


You’re now ready to use COUNT Go and manage your work on the go!
