COUNT Go is your mobile companion to the COUNT web platform — designed to help you stay productive, track work, and manage key accounting tasks wherever you are. From creating invoices to submitting expenses or tracking time, COUNT Go keeps your workflows connected to your workspace on the go.
What You Can Do with COUNT Go
The COUNT Go app gives your team flexibility to manage essential business tasks directly from their phone. Depending on your access level, you can do any (or all) of the following:
1. Create and Send Invoices or Estimates
With Sales Representative access, you can create invoices and estimates right from your mobile device.
Here’s what you can do:
- Add customers, products, and services on the fly.
- Attach supporting documents or images.
- Review totals, apply taxes, and create invoices instantly for clients.
This makes it easy for sales teams or on-site staff to close deals and issue invoices without waiting to return to the office.
2. Submit and Match Expense Receipts
With Expense Reporting access, you can capture, submit, and manage expenses in real time.
COUNT Go allows you to:
- Snap photos of receipts and submit them for approval.
- Match submitted expenses with linked transactions.
- Keep your reporting timely and accurate without manual data entry later.
Perfect for traveling employees or anyone managing out-of-office expenses.
3. Track Time for Projects and Services
With Time Tracking access, employees and contractors can log time directly from their phones.
COUNT Go gives you two easy options:
- Clock In and Out for real-time tracking.
- Add Manual Time Entries when recording work done earlier.
Each entry can be linked to a specific project and service, ensuring accurate billing and reporting.
Managing Access Permissions
To use these features, users must be assigned the correct access levels.
Admins can manage access in the web app by going to: Contacts & Products → People & Contractors
From there, you can grant or adjust permissions for:
- Sales Representative
- Expense Reporting
- Time Tracking
