People & Contractors
The People section allows you to track all individuals associated with your business. The page has six tabs to organize contacts as follows: All People, Employees, Contractors, Donors, Volunteers and Others.
Columns:
Name & Contact Info
Type (e.g., Contractor)
Group (if assigned)
Roles: Shows which workforce features are active—like Expense Reporting, Time Tracking, or Sales Rep.
Paid YTD: Displays year-to-date compensation.
Active Toggle: Instantly activate or deactivate a contractor.

Vendors

Customers
In the Customers section, you can view and manage people who purchase from your business. This page provides easy access to customer records and key information.

Name: The customer’s name.
Email: Primary email address.
Phone: Contact number for the customer.

Status: Whether the vendor is 'Active' or 'Inactive'
