In COUNT, we've streamlined the process of filtering and sorting your transactions, making it intuitive and efficient. Here's how you can easily manage your transactions:

Filtering Transactions:

  1. Choose Account: Select the specific account you want to view transactions for.

  2. Choose Category: Filter transactions by a selected category for better organization.

  3. Select Date Range: View transactions within a specific timeframe.

  4. All Filters: Click the "All Filters" button to reveal additional filtering options:

    • Account Type: Filter transactions based on their account type, including Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Income, or Expense.

    • Transaction Type: Filter transactions by type, such as Income, Expense, or Transfer.

    • Status: Easily identify the status of transactions with options like Completed, Pending, Needs Review, or Excluded.

    • Tags: Filter transactions by assigned tags for further customization.

    • Vendors & Customers: Filter transactions associated with specific vendors or customers for better vendor and customer management.

Sorting Transactions:

To sort your transactions in COUNT, you can easily arrange them based on your preference:

  • Date Sorting: Sort transactions from newest to oldest or vice versa, ensuring you have full control over how you view your financial data.

Searching Transactions:

Quickly locate specific transactions by searching through descriptions or amounts using the search functionality at the top right corner of your transactions page.
