Navigating through your financial transactions has never been easier with COUNT! Follow these simple steps to create transactions seamlessly:
Access Transactions: On the left-side menu, click on "Accounting" and then select "Transactions."
Add Transaction: Once on the Transactions page, locate and click on the "Add Transaction" button located at the top right corner of the screen.
Select Transaction Type: A dropdown menu will appear. From there, choose the appropriate transaction type based on your financial activity. You can select from options like income, expense, or transfer.
Fill in Details: After selecting the transaction type, a pop-up window will appear. Here, you'll need to input specific details:
Description: Provide a brief description of the transaction.
Account: Select the relevant account for the transaction.
Date: Choose the date of the transaction.
Amount: Enter the transaction amount.
Category: Assign a category to the transaction for better organization.
Notes: Optionally, add any additional notes or details related to the transaction.
Create Vendors and Customers (Optional): Did you know? You can create vendors and customers directly from the description field while creating a transaction. Simply click the Create a new vendor (or customer) button at the bottom of the dropdown, and COUNT will take you to the create a new vendor (or customer) pop-up where users can fill in relevant details and click "Add" for creation.
Create Transaction: Once you've filled in all the necessary details, review the information to ensure accuracy. Then, click on the "Add" button to create the transaction.
And that's it! You've successfully created a transaction in COUNT. With our user-friendly interface and intuitive design, managing your financial data becomes a hassle-free experience.
