COUNT AI helps you get answers faster and take actions directly in your COUNT workspace. Instead of manually searching through transactions, reports, and records, you can ask questions in plain English and let COUNT AI do the work for you.
What Is COUNT AI?
COUNT AI is a built-in chat assistant that can:
- Answer questions about your financial data
- Create records and complete actions in COUNT
- Organize conversations into saved threads
- Reference COUNT Help Center articles
Accessing COUNT AI
- Open your COUNT workspace.
- Click the AI Chat icon at the top right side of the screen.
- Enter your question or request in plain English at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the response or confirm any suggested actions.
