How to Use the COUNT Employee Portal
The COUNT Employee Portal is your central hub for managing everything related to your employment and payroll.
From the portal, you can securely access and manage:
- Your pay history and pay stubs
- Personal and contact information
- Tax withholding details
- Direct deposit bank accounts
- Time tracking (if enabled by your employer)
Everything is organized in one place, so you can quickly find what you need without contacting support for routine updates.
How to Access the Employee Portal
When you are added to payroll, you will receive an invitation email from COUNT.
To set up your account:
- Open the invitation email from COUNT.
- Click Log in to COUNT.

- You will be directed to the setup/login page.
- Create a secure password (if prompted).
- Sign in using your email address and password.
Once logged in, you will be directed to the Employee Portal dashboard.

- For your first login, use the temporary password provided in the invitation email.
- After your initial login, you will be able to access the Employee Portal using your new password.
Sign In to the Employee Portal
Employees can sign in anytime by visiting: COUNT Employee Login
Or you can access this by following the steps below :
- Click Employee Login on sign in page

- Enter the email address and password associated with your payroll account.
- Click Sign In.

Portal Navigation Overview
On the left-hand side of the portal, you will see three main sections:
- Pay
- My Info
- Time Tracking (only visible if enabled by your employer)
Each section serves a different purpose and gives you control over your payroll-related information.

Pay Tab (Payroll Overview)
The Pay tab gives you a complete view of your earnings and pay history.
What You’ll See
At the top of the page, you’ll find your Year-to-Date (YTD) summary:
- YTD Gross – Total earnings before taxes and deductions
- YTD Taxes – Total taxes withheld
- YTD Deductions – Benefits, retirement contributions, or other deductions
- YTD Net Pay – Total take-home pay

Pay History Section
Below the summary is a list of all your pay periods.
From here, you can:
- View individual pay stubs
- Download pay stubs as PDF files
- Review past earnings anytime
This section helps you track your full payroll history in one place.

My Info Tab (Personal & Payroll Settings)
The My Info tab allows you to view and manage your personal and payroll-related information.
This section is divided into three key areas:
Personal Information
Here you can view or update:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- Date of birth
- Partially masked Social Security Number
Keeping this information up to date ensures accurate payroll processing and communication.

Tax Withholding
This section shows your current tax settings, including:
- Filing status (Single, Married, etc.)
- Number of dependents
- Additional income or deductions
- Extra withholding amounts
These details affect how much tax is deducted from each paycheck. If your situation changes, you may need to update this section.

Direct Deposit
You can manage how your paycheck is deposited into your bank account(s).
You are able to:
- Add a new bank account
- Edit existing account details
- Set split percentages across multiple accounts
Each account shows:
- Bank name
- Account type (Checking or Savings)
- Last four digits of the account number
- Deposit percentage

Time Tracking Tab (If Enabled)
If your employer uses time tracking, you will see this tab in your portal.
This section allows you to record and manage your work hours.
What You Can Do
- Clock in and clock out to track time automatically
- Add manual time entries if needed
- Review your hours by day or week
- Edit entries (if your employer allows it)

Time Entry Details Include:
- Date
- Total hours worked
- Project or job (if applicable)
- Service type
- Notes or comments
If you do not see this tab, your employer has not enabled time tracking for your account.
