How to View and Download Pay Stubs in COUNT

Your pay stubs are available directly in the COUNT Employee Portal. A pay stub shows a detailed breakdown of your earnings for each pay period, including gross pay, taxes, deductions, and your final net pay.


You can use the portal to:

  • View current and past pay stubs
  • Download pay stubs as PDF files
  • Track your year-to-date earnings and deductions
  • Keep personal records for banking, loans, or tax purposes


Open the Pay Tab


To begin, you’ll need to log in to your Employee Portal.

  1. Go to the COUNT Employee Portal login page using the following link: https://app.getcount.com/person/signin
  2. Sign in using your email and password.
  3. From the left-hand menu, click Pay.


How to View a Pay Stub


If you want to see full details of a specific paycheck:

  1. Locate the pay period in the table.
  2. Click the View icon in the Actions column.
  3. A new window or tab will open showing your full pay stub.



Your pay stub includes a detailed breakdown such as:

  • Hours worked (if applicable)
  • Earnings and overtime
  • Taxes withheld (federal, state, local if applicable)
  • Benefits or other deductions
  • Employer contributions (if applicable)
  • Final net pay

You can zoom in, scroll, or review each section for full transparency of how your pay was calculated.



How to Download a Pay Stub (PDF)


Downloading your pay stub is useful for:

  • Loan or mortgage applications
  • Personal record keeping
  • Tax filing purposes
  • Proof of income


To download:

  1. Find the pay period you want.
  2. Click the Download icon in the Actions column.
  3. The PDF file will automatically download to your device.
  4. Open the file from your Downloads folder or browser download bar.




Need Help? If you are unable to access your pay stubs or have questions about your paycheck, contact your employer or payroll administrator. They can verify payroll details, correct issues, and assist with account access.
